About

Tianyu Jiang is a CFO and corporate finance executive with more than 15 years of experience across global investment banking, high-growth technology companies, and cross-border capital markets. He brings first-hand perspective across the capital lifecycle—from IPOs, M&A, and public-market transactions to private fundraising, strategic finance, and IPO readiness.

He began his career at Nomura and Morgan Stanley, executing more than 50 transactions for Chinese and cross-border clients. He later moved from advisory into company-building roles at Megvii / Face++, Axera (600.HK), Xiaoice, and ELEHEAR, working across computer vision, AI chips, generative AI, and AI-powered health technology. Across these roles, he has participated in more than US$1 billion of private financings.

Today, as CFO of ELEHEAR, Tianyu led ELEHEAR’s Series A financing from HUA Capital and C Capital, raising US$10M. He leads financial and strategic planning as the company focuses on its core United States market while expanding into the United Kingdom and Japan. Drawing on experience across mainland China, Hong Kong, Silicon Valley, and the Middle East, he focuses on connecting capital strategy with operating discipline to build enduring company value.
